“They found and fixed four leaks in our inground pool and spa.”
Not every leak is an emergency. Part of the job is saying which is which, even when the answer costs us the work.
Call and describe what is happening. We will be straight about what is involved and what it is likely to cost before anyone comes out.
Most of the equipment we repair was installed by someone else, and most of the pools we look after were built by someone else.
Every pool loses some water to evaporation, especially through a Texas summer. Losing an inch or more a day is something else.
A leak rarely costs only water. You pay to reheat and re-treat everything that replaces it, an autofill will quietly keep doing that for months, and water escaping underground can undermine what sits around the pool.
Not every leak is an emergency, though. Part of our job is telling you which is which.

Family owned and operated, 26 years in business. The same crew, in the same shirts, at your pool. Not a rotating roster of subcontractors. The crews are run by a certified pool operator, certified by the City of Dallas and nationally.

He communicates well and follows through with what he promises.
Could not be happier with Andrew and his team. They even took time to explain various parts of my equipment so I can better maintain them myself.
His willingness to do more than he says he will is refreshing.
Once we found All Aquatic Pools, we have never had a reason to go anywhere else. Andrew and his crews always do good work at a fair price.
They say what they are going to do, and do what they said they are going to do.
You will never encounter a more professional and knowledgeable team.
70 miles
From Garland, reaching most of the metroplex: Fort Worth is 43 miles away, Sherman 50. A specialist one-off visit, so the drive is worth it.
Northeast Dallas
Deliberately tighter, because recurring visits run on a route and route density is what lets us turn up on the day we said.
Try the bucket test. Put a bucket of pool water on a step so the levels match inside and out, leave it 24 hours with the pump running as normal, then compare. If the pool dropped noticeably more than the bucket, water is going somewhere other than the air. Our summer prep guide walks through the test and the rest of an opening checklist.
Leak detection reaches about 70 miles around Garland, which covers most of the metroplex, and repair work travels widely too. Recurring commercial pool care runs a tighter northeast Dallas route, because keeping the route compact is what lets us turn up when we said we would.
No. Recurring cleaning and maintenance is something we do for commercial properties: apartment and condo complexes, HOAs, hotels and clubs. For a home pool we are who you call when something is actually wrong, and we would rather tell you that up front than take the booking and disappoint you.
Call and describe what is happening. We will be straight with you about what is involved and what it is likely to cost before anyone comes out.
Yes, and it is how a lot of our customers arrive. We will assess where the pool actually is and tell you what it needs, rather than pretending it is fine.
Almost always. Most of the equipment we repair was installed by somebody else.
Tell us what you are seeing and we will tell you what it probably is.
